Look for the Little Britain star in the Thames near Marlow and Bourne End.
The comedian and actor raised over one million pounds for Sport Relief when he swam across The Channel in July 2006.
This latest swim, due to start on Monday 5th September will last eight days and will cover 140 miles - a distance equivalent to crossing The Channel seven times!
Walliams will have to navigate his way through the busy river traffic in cold water, burning over 4,000 calories in the water every day. He will also need to protect himself against the myriad of possible bacteria present in the river - including salmonella, hepatitis and e-coli.
Walliams said: 'It's a huge distance, so I'll need all the help I can get. It's realy not a safe environment to swim in - people really mustn't try this, I have an incredible team of experts to keep me safe.'
This amazing challenge will be filmed for a documentary to be shown next year.
**UPDATE** On breakfast TV David has asked for fans to feed him cake as he take on his mamouth swimming challenge - so let's get baking in Marlow!! **
