Man pleads guilty to 1989 rape at Marlow Station

Following his arrest by Thames Valley Police back in October last year, 51 year-old John Walker has pleaded guilty to the rape of a young woman at Marlow railway station.

The attack took place back on April 5th 1989.  Walker also pleaded guilty to another count of indecent assault  on the victim in addition to the rape of another woman in Wembley in 1987 and two additional counts of indecent assault.

John Walker, who is from Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire, has been remanded in custody and is expected to be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on February10th.
