Council acquires young blood

LITTLE Marlow Parish Council has welcomed a new parish councillor into its midst. 

Little Marlow Residents Association member Verity West was co-opted at the

Parish Council meeting held on 2nd November 2010 in order to fill a recent

vacancy on the council.

Councillor Richard Mash said: “Verity

West has lived at of Westhorpe Park for four years and is a well respected

member of the community, who takes much interest in local affairs.

“Verity is young fresh face

probably about half the average age of the other parish councillors, has a

gentle approach and persuasive manner, which allows her to get the co-operation

of people to get things done. We all wish her well.”
