    A man was arrested on Tuesday 4th October in connection with a rape that took place at Marlow train station on 5th April 1989. The victim, a 18 year-old, was attacked on the platform and forced into a workman's hut.     A teenager has been arrested in High Wycombe, accused of attempting to incite rioting in Marlow via Facebook.
