Anyone else highly irritated by the fact that the Old Bell at Hurley has stopped doing a children's menu. I wouldn't mind except that the options when we went included capers, shrimps and fish cheeks - none of which are especially ace for people under the age of six.

YES! I can't believe they think children want to eat really complicated food. The chef obviously doesn't have any children at home. Shame, we love the garden in the summer time. Have you tried Antony Worral Thompson's pub, The Greyhound at Rotherfield Peppard nr Henley? Bit of a schlep but really nice staff and fab food for the kids....
