Two leading firms of solicitors in the Thames Valley join force.

B Legal, established in 2005 and based on the Globeside Business Park, Marlow, and Fendom Dawson & Towner, established in the early 1980s with offices in High Wycombe and Marlow, have finalised terms on which the two firms will become fully merged by 1 October this year.

Each firm is delighted with the transaction and excited by the prospect of growing and developing their combined business activities.

The merger will bring together B Legal's strong national and local business relationships and its financial, risk, technology and service offering which has seen it awarded a number of prestigious professional accreditations and Fendom Dawson & Towner, one of the most well established law firms in the local area with its large and loyal local personal and business following in all areas of law.
