Very pleasantly surprised...

I'd never spent a whole evening in the Donkey (done the quiz a couple of times, ages ago), until last night. We went there with a few friends and ended up eating too. A great atmosphere, really good pub food that's reasonably priced and friendly staff. Will be heading back there again soon for sure.
